WHAT?
The office manager provides active support to the efficient day-to-day operations as well as future strategies. The office manager performs duties of a confidential nature.

WHEN?
As soon as possible effective today.

WHERE?
Sin el Fil/ Nabaa.

WHO?
Students with a University degree.(preferably a female due to logistic reasons.)

Requirements:

• Managerial /administrative background.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Excellent command of English(written and spoken) and Arabic (written and spoken). Written and spoken French is an asset.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Communication skills : maintaining internal and external relationships.

• Computer skills : Good familiarity with commonly used PC office work: word processing, spreadsheet , and database software packages.

• Team work: Work cooperatively to set goals and solve problems to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Working Hours : Full Time / 40 hours a week.
